Agreements

All projects are governed by individual agreements specifying scope, timeline, and deliverables.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom-developed code and designs are transferred to the client.

Liability

Ignitia's liability is limited to the value of the specific project or service agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice, subject to payment for work completed.
